Ecovidence was created as a commitment to provide on-the-ground assistance and participation by voluntary workers to social, environmental, educational and cultural events and initiatives, through an active collaboration with non-government organizations, associations, individuals and generally any party concerned by those issues. The Ecovidence team of voluntary workers will seek involvement in as diverse programs as beach cleaning, assistance to orphans and the elderly, educational programs, reforestation initiatives etc… As an apolitical body, it will only seek to alleviate socio-economic and environmental problems that are brought about through mismanagement and careless development.
